Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Several years of professional experience in IT, ideally within Microsoft 365 administration and digital workplace environments Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude, including practical prompting skills Scripting and automation skills, ideally with PowerShell for Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration Experience designing and delivering training, workshops, or enablement programs, with the ability to explain technology in a clear and engaging way Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and Exchange Online Experience with Power Platform technologies such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI is considered a strong advantage Languages: English fluent, German is an advantage
Experience with Copilot Studio, agent development, or agentic coding tools such as Claude Code Knowledge of Microsoft security and compliance capabilities in the AI context, such as Microsoft Purview, sensitivity labels, and data loss prevention Experience with endpoint and device management or broader IT infrastructure topics Knowledge of OpenText or similar document management solutions Our offer The annual gross salary for this full-time position starts at €55,000.00, with a competitive package based on qualifications, experience, and market values.
