In this role, you will be the technical linchpin in sales conversations, ensuring complex product capabilities translate into clear customer value and direct feedback for our product roadmap.
You will own the technical enablement and solution advisory across our sales cycles from initial demo to PoC success. Deliver compelling technical product demos that articulate the value of our platform. Lead and support Proof of Concept (PoC) phases to guide prospects to successful technical validation. Translate complex customer requirements into practical technical solutions alongside senior team members. Advise prospects on generative AI features and modern security capabilities. Channel customer insights and market feedback directly into our Product and Sales teams. Build and iterate on our early pre-sales playbooks and technical collateral. Who this is a fit for Initial background in Solution Engineering, Technical Consulting, Customer Success, or Pre-Sales. High technical acumen with a drive to master software products inside and out.
