Your Mission As an AI Systems & Automation Engineer in our Platform team, you are a software engineer first—and an AI power-user in everything you build. Your mission is to turn critical operational workflows into robust, containerized production web services powering our internal teams and external customer touchpoints (such as customer onboarding and KYC flows). You will leverage LLMs both in how you build (accelerating delivery with agentic coding tools) and what you build (embedding LLM APIs, tool calling, and MCP integrations into production systems—paired with deterministic backend code where reliability matters most).
You ll also champion our internal agentic engineering practices across the wider team. (Note: This role focuses on production web services, systems integration, and agentic workflows. Core ML research and model training are owned by our Applied AI & Data team.)
